O&O DriveLED 4 is a program that works to constantly monitor the condition and activity of the system drive (hard drive) on the computer, and provide early warning if it finds indications of damage. Because the system is constantly monitoring this, a potential for damage, including the possibility of time remaining before the damage occurred, can be recognized and predicted with reasonable accuracy. This allows the user to be able to immediately take preventive action to back up existing data, or quickly change the volume of data that potentially damaged, before the hard drive completely failed to function.
