When you want to format your mobile phone and you don’t want to lose data such as bookmarks, history and cache of opera mini, so you need to backup your opera mini data before formating. Below are tips to backup dan restore.

1. Create a folder structure – the folder like this:

2. Copy files without formatting in E: Private 100012a5, his name begins with DBS_ then paste it into the backup folder.

This file contains a database such as splashscreen opera mini, speed dial icons, bookmarks, history and cache. So if you want to replace the splashscreen opera mini file is what must be changed. To view the contents using a hex viewer.

3. Copy file format .mbm in E:Private10003a3fImportAppsNonNativeResource, its name begins with ICON. Paste it into the backup folder.

4. Copy the folder named mini opera consists of number in E:Private102033e6MIDlets. Paste it into the backup folder.

Folder should contain files mini.jar, mini.jad and uids.

5. Copy tfile .xml in E:Private10203636 and paste it into the backup folder.

6. Copy file .reg in E:SystemInstallRegistry and paste it into the backup folder.

If there is a lot of registry files using a hex viewer to determine which one of opera mini.

Next compress folders and files using the ZIP feature built-in X-plore.

Restore

Restore / extract all the files had to place first in the memory card. If the folder does not exist (deleted) it might as well return to the folder.

After that install and run the MIDlet Restorer, opera mini will re-appear just like before the hard reset and format.
